Bilingual Latina Director of Multilingual & Multicultural Education who is first and foremost a student-centered leader, where students across the campus look like me! A strong advocate for student opportunities and opportunities that really enable teachers to succeed with high student outcomes. I know that “all means all,” and I do what it takes to provide support systems in a learning culture with high standards for what is taught, measured, and how well it is taught. A strategic thinker who takes our context, vision, high-impact strategies, and measurable actions with all staff and students in a just, fair, and caring way.
